Our team sets the tone for the entire guest experience - greeting our guests as warmly on the way in, as on the way out. We’re always looking for the most friendly, hospitable people to join the team.

MANAGERS

Managers are the mainstays of our organization, responsible for ensuring team and positive guest experiences through successful oversight and execution of both FOH and BOH operations. In partnership with all leadership, the Managers help hire, nurture, and grow a talented, dynamic team who loves to cook and serve. 

BARTENDERS & SERVERS

Our Bartenders and Servers play a vital role in every meal – welcoming and guiding, taking orders and serving, readying tables and making it nice whenever possible. We serve continuously from open, and our restaurants are a home away from home for many of our guests.

PITMASTERS 

Our Pitmasters bring the heat every single day - mastering the West Tennessee-style whole hog BBQ that put Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint on the map. You’re passionate about live fire cooking, authentic American BBQ, and preserving and promoting celebrated culinary traditions.

LINE COOKs

You bring solid professional kitchen experience, positive vibes, and a passion for pulling incredible flavors from ingredients and making celebrated scratch-made recipes. 

PREP COOKs

Prep Cooks make the kitchen go round. You’re responsible for organizing everything to make the kitchen hum. You play a vital role in the kitchen’s day-to-day routine - from chopping, breaking down, cutting, weighing, mixing, washing, storing, unloading, readying, and much more. 

 DISHWASHERs

You keep us looking our best – and we’re committed to keeping it oh so clean. Our entire team shares in the responsibility of making our restaurants look and feel good inside, and out. And our dishwashers are a key piece of the operational puzzle.

CATERING & EVENTS

Calling all outgoing, self-motivated relationship builders for our Catering and Events team! Catering allows us to bring our food, drink, and hospitality beyond the four walls of our restaurants and out in the community. Catering is all about sales, client relations, and helping hosts successfully execute on all types of events and all major life celebrations.
