Retail Return Policy:

We want you to love your Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint purchase! If you’re unhappy with the item(s) received for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of the purchase date.

When returning an item, please note that:

  • The item must be in new/unused condition

  • The item isn't damaged (see the information below on damaged orders)

  • Sale items may not be returned

If the return in question meets the above criteria, please pack the item safely and securely for shipping back to our warehouse.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return shipment back to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the item back to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account. Please note that the refund will not include the shipping cost for the original order. 

Damaged Order:

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that your order didn't make it to you in one piece. We certainly do our best to properly package each item, but sometimes a package can be damaged in transit. Please notify us within 5 days after receiving the shipment with a photo of the damaged item. With proof of the damage, we would be happy to send out a replacement or issue a full refund for the order. 

Cancellation Policy:

Have a sudden change of heart? We would be happy to cancel any orders that have not been shipped. We process orders pretty quickly, so please notify us of any cancellations as quickly as possible. If the order has already shipped, please view our return policy.

All sale items are FINAL.

Shipping & Delivery 

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped with tracking information. 

We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, but please remember that all shipping dates are estimates provided by the carrier and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, traffic, supply chain disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. 

Secure Delivery Locations 

To keep your order safe, we recommend shipping to a secure location where you or someone you trust will be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a carrier has confirmed delivery. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. The purchaser is responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address (including apartment, suite, or unit numbers). 

● If you notice an error in your confirmation email, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address, but this is not guaranteed. 

● If the order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund. 

● Any packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. 

Lost or Missing Packages 

If tracking shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it: 

● Please allow up to 2 business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely. 

● Check with neighbors, your building office, or anyone who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. 

● If you still cannot locate your order, contact our customer service team with your order number for further assistance.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, theft after delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide a refund. Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for compensation.
