Each paper good set includes a Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint-branded heavy-duty paper plate, clear plastic cup, wet napkin, black cutlery set, and a dinner napkin ($1.49 / person)

Full Service events entail a Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint Team Member is on site for a minimum of four (4) hours; the four (4) hours includes one (1) hour of setup, two (2) hours of service and one (1) hour of cleanup. We're happy to extend the service hours beyond the four-hour minimum if your gathering needs it. Your group size and menu selections will inform the Staffing requirements for your event. We charge $25/hr per Team Member, with a four (4) hour minimum.

Our delivery fee is 12.5% of your total food and beverage. Please note this is a delivery service charge, and is not gratuity. While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated by our Team Members.

Buns, Slider Buns, and Dinner Rolls are available as an add-on to any order, with prices ranging between $4.79 to $6.79.

Unfortunately, we do not provide Bartending services at this time.

Our Full Service events offer a completely turnkey culinary experience paired with our team's warm Southern hospitality. Our team arrives an hour before the event to set everything up, including Menu Board, Warmers, Serving Utensils, Sauces, and the like. We remain there throughout the event overseeing the food display, service, and clean up to ensure it's a flawless experience for your guests. Our team also stays to clean up for an hour after the event. We work hand-in-hand with hosts and event planners to make sure our Team considers every detail of your event. Your food will be delivered in disposable aluminum serving trays.

We can provide wire chafing sets on delivery. They are $12 a set.

We have a $200 minimum on deliveries before tax and the delivery fee. You are always welcome to pick up from one of our locations to avoid any minimums or service fees.

We require 48 hours notice for all catering requests. That said, if you’re looking to just order less than 5 lbs of meat to go for same day pick-up, you can call your nearest Martin’s directly to coordinate!

We recommend purchasing wire rack/sterno sets ($12/set). Make sure to ask us for tips on keeping things warm.
