Pat Martin Talks About the New Martin's Location with Insider Louisville
Pat recently sat down with the folks over at Insider Louisville to talk about his love of grilling and Bar-B-Que, his Tennessee roots. With the new location opening in such a building that was home to a much beloved local restaurant, it was important to the whole Martin's team to create a similar neighborhood feel to the new BBQ joint.
“I think the most foolish thing somebody could do is come into a place like Lynn’s and try to leverage that,” Martin says. “At the same time, I don’t want to come in and bastardize my brand. It’s a new brand in an old place. There will be kind of an homage or a nod to Lynn’s, definitely, but it’s very much Martin’s Bar-B-Cue.”
