Where Traveler: Guy Fieri Goes Whole Hog

Although we consider ourselves more of a “joint,” we’re pleased as punch to be on Guy Fieri’s list of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives in Nashville (but hey who are we to split hog hairs here).

Guy put us among a good list of friends and neighbors and we gotta say, it feels nice to be in such esteemed company.

Given Fieri’s love of barbecue, it didn’t take him long to discover one of Nashville’s favorite ‘que joints, Martin’s, where hogs are roasted in their entirety, covered with a signature spice blend and cooked over hickory wood for 24 hours. Fieri visited the very first Martin’s location, in Nolensville, and went “whole hog” for the platter.
