ABOUT SPRING HILL
We love being a part of the beautiful Spring Hill community. Our Spring Hill location features indoor and outdoor seating, a private dining room with a flexible floor plan, and all our signature design notes. We proudly serve the fine folks of Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Franklin, and surrounding areas.
True to our founding over 15 years ago in Nolensville (2006), we smoke all our BBQ every day, for 20+ hours, for guests to enjoy the following day. West Tennessee-Style Whole Hog BBQ is a labor of love, and we come in every morning of the week at 5 AM to get our smokers going. Our entire menu, from Sides and Pies, and everything in between is scratch-made daily, using our family’s recipes.
