Bar-B-Que Grilled Corn

If you’re gonna go through the trouble to fire up that grill, you better make the most of it. That means grilling off everything you can, from your burgers to the sides. This take on grilled corn is about the easiest thing you’ve ever cooked on the grill, since you actually microwave the ears of corn in their husks to steam them before grilling. Just a coating of Martin’s Sweet Dixie Bar-B-Que Sauce and a couple quick turns on a hot grill is all you need to get that perfect BBQ flavor.

Ingredients

6 ears fresh sweet corn, in husk
1 cup Martin’s Bar-B Que Sweet Dixie Sauce

While the husks are still intact, place corn in a microwave and cook on high for 7 minutes. Remove from microwave and let cool. Pull back the husks from the corn, cleaning off strands of silk and tying back the husks to make a handle for your finished corn.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the ears of corn liberally with Sweet Dixie sauce and place on the grill so the husks are hanging off the sides to prevent burning. Grill a few minutes on each side until the sauce bubbles and caramelizes. Brush with additional sauce if desired and serve.
